1. Cancel in writing at least 10 days before the conference to receive a refund less $20 cancellation fee. No cancellations thereafter.

2. You may assign your seat to someone else at any time, just notify the registrar at the registration table when you enter the conference.

Just in Case:

1. In the unlikely event of illness of the presenter, Onion River Education Network may replace the speaker without notice. This has never happened so far.

2. Weather: We have never canceled a workshop for weather. If we do so we will notify you by email or fax.
